Personalised orders
Our lamps are made with your chosen personalisation. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including lamps made with your rider name, race number or supplied artwork.
Please check the spelling, number, colours, fork finish and artwork before paying. If we make the item correctly to the details you supplied, a spelling or number mistake in those details does not by itself make the item faulty. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we will tell you whether a change is still possible.
The personalised-goods exception does not apply merely because a standard item is made after an order is placed. If we sell a non-personalised item, any applicable statutory cancellation rights still apply.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Your rights remain if an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or does not match your order. Personalisation does not remove those rights.
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Photos can help us understand it, but are not a condition of exercising your legal rights. We will explain the next steps and arrange a refund, repair or replacement as required by law. Please contact us before posting an item so we can provide return instructions; prior approval is not a condition of your statutory rights.
Where a return is required for a confirmed fault, damage or our mistake, we cover reasonable return postage. You do not need the original packaging to exercise your rights, but please pack the item safely.
Refund payments
Where a refund is due, we return it to the original payment method without an administration fee, within the applicable legal time limit. Your payment provider may take additional time to show it in your account.
Nothing in this policy restricts your statutory rights or any mandatory protection that applies where you live.
