Before paying, please check your rider name, race number, brand, colours, fork finish, artwork and delivery address. The preview is an illustration of your design. It does not replace the product description or the details recorded in your order.
Personalised lamps
The usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. We therefore do not offer change-of-mind cancellations or refunds on these orders, including simply because production has not yet started. Your rights where we fail to supply the goods, or where goods are faulty or not as described, remain unaffected.
If you need to correct a detail, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and the requested change. We will help where we can, but cannot guarantee changes once production has started. We will agree any price or timing change with you before proceeding.
Any non-personalised goods
If an item qualifies for the statutory distance-selling cancellation right, tell us within 14 days after delivery. You then have 14 days to send it back. For a change-of-mind return you pay return postage. We refund the item and the basic outbound delivery charge, subject to lawful deductions for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Refunds are made within the legal deadline, normally within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of sending it, whichever comes first.
